we seem to have more horse tail on our allotment this year we have just treated with kertail it is in the lane behind the allotment fence and in the last house so we think it is coming from there. the man with the plot next to ours says it is our fault as we have put manure on our plot in the past .Is there any truth in this?

if it wasn't there pre manure or the manure had it in it then yes, if it was there before the manure then no, but you've fertilized it so its grown more this year
