Is this Organic or Chemical Fertilizer

Hi, I have asked plant nursery about organic fertilizer and he provide me this imageimage for fruit & vegetable plants. Half KG for 100 rupees. May i know the name of this fertilizer. Is this organic or chemical fertilizer? & how to use it? etc. waiting for your reply, thanking u in anticipation.

    Most of us are in the UK - I'm sorry but I do not recognise the product in your photograph - I suggest you ask the person you bought it from for its ingredients and how to use it.

    I used a very similar looking product during my time in the Middle East and it was processed urea.

    But, still best to check with your supplier for an explanation as to what it is.
