Hi all, last January I received 3 pots of Raspberry plants they looked OK planted them prepared the soil, but 2 weeks ago one looked as if it was dying and another wasn't doing very well the other is growing well. The one that looked as if it was dying, has died.Do I get in touch with the people that sent them or just put it down as bad luck? Thanks

Well5 months later I think they might think it a bit of a cheek..

I bought mine from a Pound type shop %0% okbut what do you expect for a quid...

I was advised to unwrapand pre soak them for a few hours in a bucket of warm water, which I did and spread the root out.. Be surpised how many people do not read instructions, generally its a 'Man thing'.. image

Well, I think I would contact the supplier - you don't expect raspberries to do anything much in early spring so there would be no point in contacting them earlier as there's nothing to report.  However if they've not shown any growth by now and if they've been properly cared for I would let  them  know and ask for a refund image

    hi all

really excited about my raspberry plants both summer and early both growing really well.

my summer plants are all in bud and not long now until th efirst of the summer berries cant wait.

my autmn rasps are alos growing amazing which after covering both summer and autumn rasps with cow manure early this year they have accelerated very well

Not sure about any other opinions however fresh rasps from the bush are so tasty and amazing and cannot be underestimated in the quality flavour given out.

If you have some space give them a go as once established a steady yeild given if you can get them off the plot ha ha

Lovely crop. Don't they freeze well?

Brilliant for pavlova at xmas, or even adding in a handful to porridge in winter.

My Terry Louise are just finishing, but polka yet to come.
