Tree ID please

as this has just come into flower, I wondered if anyone could ID?

please excuse the attractive pile of mank underneath - this is currently the dumping ground, soon to be home to the playhouse..

    Looks like a Red or pink flowered Hawthorn, Crataegus laevigata "Paul's Sarlet" and C.laevigata Roseo Flore pleno.  Being Hawthorns they are very tough trees often used for street planting. They have double flowers and so set few or no berries. Final height usually about 20 ft.
