ID please

I have two of these plants growing in containers. I first thought they were foxgloves when they were very small but haven't a clue what they are now. Knowing me I have been unintentionally nurturing weeds ..image

    Sorry I can't ID it , but I suggest you send more photos from different angles which might give someone a clue to the identity.

    Might be some sort of salvia. If they're in containers move them apart so we can see clearly and different angles as Invicta suggests

    Looks like a verbascum.

    I think its verbascum too. It looks like more than one plant.

  • Verbascum - awesome -  that is it . I grew little plants from free seeds off a mag last year but they disappeared without growing any bigger .  I best try and split the plants.
