I keep coming across this abbreviation in gardening books and can't find out what it means. Even Google didn't help. Can someone please put me out of my misery!
Many thanks for all replies. The book in question is Joy Larkom's "Grow your Own Vegetables" and I can now see what she means. There is a list of definitions in the front, but all is lists is a - annual etc. So, now I know, should have known this, hey ho.
