just saw an item on Countryfile about Fiddlehead ferns, whose fronds you can eat. Are these easy to cultivate and hardy in the UK? Are they easy to obtain? Have never seen them before.

There are several species, some of which are sold widely. Bracken is a fiddlehead fern!
