Anyone know what this weed is?

My beds have been invaded by these tiny fern like weeds.

They look big in the photo but there are  normally lots of these tiny things nestling among other plants and elsewhere.  I have never had this problem in previous years.

    Cannot help toname it but think I have seen it before it gets bigger and produces a ball shaped seed which catches on clothing and animal fur etc...

    I wish we had the enlarge facility back I cant see it well enough to say.

    Might be knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare) but a bit difficult to tell from the photo.  See if google images for it help.

    It is sagina or pearlwort. Not goosegrass (the sticky bud pest) or knotgrass.
