Can anyone ID these?
Found these all over my Wisteria. Seems they are being tended to by ants. Picked a couple off and they are quite moist. does anyone know what they are and whether or not I should be concerned? Many thanks :-)

Wisteria scale insect?
https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=508
Hi there. They look to me like scale insects and they secrete honeydew (like aphids) which ants find irresistible. Spraying with an appropriate insecticide is a good idea as a mass infestation can weaken your plant.
