Blueberries not growing

Can anyone tell me what is going on with my two blueberries bushes?
only one has a braird and it is brown. By this time they should be bursting!
is this a virus?
lack of magnesium? (they are in vases and it rained a lot this year)
ph too high?
Two much water? (they are outside and had constant rain for some time)
another?

Oh dear they do look sad. I hope someone on here can help you. I am sorry but I do not know what to advise. I know that they like acid soil and my blueberry is in a much larger/deeper pot than yours seem to be.
They look dead, scrape some of the bark to see if it's green under neath. Take them out the pots to see if the roots are ok, sometimes vine weavil get in and start eating the roots. If that's all OK do what the others said.
