Our big male cat is another clumsy cat, we call him the dyspraxic cat, I'd never known one before we got him.
He has a lovely long fluffy tail, but never seems to know what to do with it, he just leaves it lying about behind him for people to tread on!
On one famous occasion, daughter and I were enjoyng a lovely, relaxing evening in, when the unmistakeable aroma of singeing hair alerted us (but not him!!) to the fact he had left it trailing over a tealight. Daughter leapt to the rescue and serious harm was averted, but he hadn't a clue what it was all about
I have noticed that Cosmos' tail is getting longer and surprises him. He likes to watch TV too which is fine except when he perches on the Sky box and resets it.
Minstrel is just back from the vet and fighting her anaesthetic instead of just sleeping the remnants off. I've had to shut her in a bedroom for her own safety and to keep Cosmos off her.
Fat Rasta is not impressed with the new safety hook on the door to their feeding station and is head butting the door while Cosmos looks on, bemused. All go here except for Bonzo who is fast asleep on the sofa after a long, soggy walk and a good rub down..

Bracken finished his antibiotics on Tuesday. He seemed to be better. This afternoon the infection came back. Managed to get in at the vets. Had the same as before but 2 weeks of antibiotic tablets and after they've finished got to get a urine sample early in the morning. So that means hubby will have to collect it when he takes him for his walk. We've been given a bottle to put it in, but we'll have to find something to put under his when he does it.
Thanks Scroggin. The antibiotic injection worked in a couple of hours, which made him feel better. We stayed up with him last night. I took him out at 11.00 last night and hubby did at 2.30 this morning. Went out for his walk at 5.15am. He seems more settled now. But the analgesic injection made him a bit woosey on his back legs, he couldn't stand properly on his right back leg. But now he's better. Going to have fun trying to get a urine sample. I have done it before with one of our other dogs years ago.

It took me a minute to realise Cosmos was in the box.
Where else would he be after I'd removed him from the tree?
I "fell" for him on day 1.

At least one of them is sensible!
Scroggin, she loves it.
