Wilting tomato plants

I'm looking for some advice as I think my tomato plants are starting to wilt after potting on. This is my first year growing a selection of veg, as I have a patio I am growing in pots and containers. I started off my minibel tomato seeds inside on my east facing windowsill. So far I haven't had a problem and they seemed to be thriving. From the seed tray I then potted on after the first few true leaves appeared. They were moved to 3" pots and there was no problem. They had reached 5-6" in height so yesterday (Tuesday) I potted them on again to their final 5" pots. Since then they have not looked as healthy as they did. I am using tomorite potting mix and they seem to have enough water. Could it just be slight shock from potting on? The soil was slightly dry when I potted on yesterday but I watered well once they were moved. I also kept them on my windowsill so maybe too much sun after transplant? Sorry if I don't have all the terminology correct, I'm very new to this! Here's a photo...also the cotyledon leaves are starting to yellow but I assumed this was normal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'd hate to lose them after this long. Thanks in advance.

Hi stanners1 I would move them away from the intense heat of the sun until they have had chance to settle after transplanting. Be careful not to overwater as strangely enough plants wilt just as they do when underwatered if they get too much. I'd be a little patient and see how they progress. You are right about the cotyledons. They will eventually drop off.
