I always go to David Austin, everything I've had from them has been pretty much disease free and good flowering. They are also mostly highly scented.
Their website is very good, you can put in things like climbing rose, repeat flowering and the colour you want and it will show you everything they have in that range.
thank you very much !

is this a good deal ?
My own personal opinion on this, I think it is highly unlikely you will get decent, strong, disease free roses for this price.
Roses are the one thing I really spend good money on.
Emma, spend the money, as Lou has said it's worth it in the long run.
I'm imminently about to purchase a rambling rose (David Austin). They appear to repeat-flower and climb better than climbing roses, not sure what the catch is!
Thank you all for the advice ! I shall 'spend the money' !
