Trying to enter sweet pea competition

I have been trying to enter the sweet pea competition for the last half an hour. Rules say entries open till 12 Noon today, both online and in the magazine. Yet online it says the competition is closed already and that was 10.50am. Anyone any ideas how I can get my entry in please? !!!
