New Garden Design HELP!

Hi,
I would like some help with my garden layout. I would like a seating area / entertaining area and a cottage style border with a few shrubs, a climbing rose, water feature and mirror..
The garden is 4.7m wide and 16m long; south facing with lots of sun. Unfortunately the neighbours have corrigated iron shed bearing down over my garden and there are a number of walls etc.
I have attached a pic of current garden and initial layout design. Please let me know what you think.
