Flies and butterflies

My strawberries have white/silvery flies on them, do i need to worry about them and if so, how do i get rid of them without nasty chemicals.

My guelder rose has green aphids on it, any suggestions on getting rid of those also gratefully received.

I saw a small lilac coloured butterfly yesterday - very pretty.
