Restios

I've just received two restios for the garden, and am a bit in love.

Is there anyone here who grows these and can give me some tips on how not to kill them?

I see they like full sun, and will probably plant in a bed rather than pot as have some space.  Will they be ok with clay soil? And can they handle being outside winter?
