Miracle Patch Grow

I tried Miracle Patch Grow on my lawn I raked a lot of moss from it and so there is big area of bare grass,I covered the area with Miracle Grow compost and I applied the patch grow.I did this just over two weeks ago and I just about see some blades coming through but not too many is it early days to see progress
