Hi - has anyone else had trouble moving from a paper subscription to a digital one ? I've just switched using Tesco Clubcard vouchers as usual, but I can't log into the GW site where I'll pick up future copies - "login details not recognized". It's weird because I can login into both the BuySubscriptions site and GW sites fine so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The whole renewal process has been a nightmare this year and I think I'll be missing out on the June mag as a result so any help would be appreciated. Contacting the publishers has been like pulling teeth.
