Rose Leaves Growing Red\Bronze?

BowieBowie Posts: 1

Hello all,

I'm new to Gardeners' World but have always had a green thumb! Recently, I have planted three rose bushes. I am a little befuddled however to find that the leaves from the bush have grown a Red\Bronze colour.

Can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening? I'm at a loss. Is there something I should be providing the plants with specifically?

Many thanks in advance for all answers!

Pat

Pink, red, bronze is the norm for many if not most roses. The green colouration will develop as the leaves age.
