Info on viola plz

Hello all just wondered if violas are supposed to die after a frost as my viola 'Rocky' is still flowering now from around October is this normal guys image

    Hi, Ryan

    Violas are pretty hardy.They can become leggy. if you give them a trim back and a bit of  a feed, they will start flowering again. leggy non flowered shoots can be used as cuttings.

    Thank you Fidgetbones I was just wondering if this is normal you see this is the second time it has flowered this year? Would you recommend that I prune it :)
