Did you know today is Naked Gardening Day? Apparently so: pictures here:

A friend of mine used to have a naked gardener as a neighbour. He even used to go up the ladder naked to.....I don't know........ show off, tie in his roses, mend the guttering.
Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.

If I'd known that I could have been out in the rain and not been the slightest bit bothered. I'd have needed a rainmate though. Anyone have any crackers left from Christmas? Anyone???

Still warm enough here for a little naked watering
Too many nettles here for naked gardening! I generaly stick to long sleeves too, even in summer, unless I'm only cutting grass .

Don't you think it could be kind of dangerous? ......secateurs, thorns, nettles, slugs........
Terrible! You'd have to come indoors atmediarly and get cream on! Everywhere...all over! And plasters!
