Relocating plants

Hi All, I am moving houses and I would really like to take 2 Pieris 'Forest Flame' roughly about 10 ft tall and a camellia plant which is around 13 ft tall. I was hoping for advice as to whether it is possible to dig these plants out and plant them in my new garden which is nearby.
