Help with flies in plastic greenhouse

Hello, I am a newbie to all of this but I recently bought a plastic walk in greenhouse so my 3 year old and I could do some gardening together and try to grow some of our own veg. We planted some tomato plants in a grow bag about 4 days ago and already there are holes in the leaves from something obviously munching them. I have been opening the door in the mornings but when I went to close it tonight I noticed there were a fair few flies of all kinds in there, so I assume these are the culprits. How can I keep them out protect our plants in there? Thanks

Hi, I found slugs and snails find a way in somehow! I go out last thing with a torch and swish them, I'm afraid many of us on here resort to that. Best of luck image
