New shed roof

Am fixing up my old shed new floor benches and electric but am unsure on what to do with the roof it needs replaced and I was wanting to get the tin sheets the old roof is chip board covered In felt should I remove this or just lay the tin sheets over the top any help would be great

If the chipboard is sound I would keep it in place and put the wriggly tin on top. Less potential for condensation from chipboard than from cold metal roofing.
