You can plant anything that's in a pot at any time of year unless the ground's waterlogged or frozen.
I'm assuming it's a reasonable size of plant though, and not a tiny cutting or very young plant in a 3" or 4" pot. They would need potting on until they get bigger.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
