Brown beetle on Lily's and lupins

hi all

i have a number of beetles on my Lily and lupins. They are brown and small and have a pattern on their back. I googled them but it was overrun with. Lily beetle so I didn't get very far. Would anyone happen to know what it might be? It's not red it's brown and when knocked it fell off and lay on its back. I've seen them on gardeners world but can't recall
