Some roses from my garden, Graham Thomas. Claire Austin. Abraham Darby. Gertrude Jekyll. Susan William Ellis, small but what a scent! Special Anniversary, another with a knockout scent. Tickled Pink. Special Anniversary and pink astrantias.
More blooms love the centre of this rose. My new hardy geranium Azure Rush. Allium Christofii . Unknown astrantia maybe Roma. First phyladelphus, silver showers, smells like strawberries. Purple verbena. Love this petunia. Geranium Rosemoor.
Aym, i love your purple pansy, but i have to say i have a soft spot for the little violas that i can spot in the background... I started with a few when we moved in and they pop up wherever they please and in lovely colours. Maybe we need a viola 2016 thread when we run out of fabulous aquilegias to look at!
i'm waiting for my peony to flower for the first time this year... I hope it's half as beautiful as the one i've seen here.

More of a deep raspberry pink colour in real life, the camera on my tablet seems to make it look more purplish.
Hi aym. The one in the photo is a baby Pieris "little heath", another one waiting for a permanent spot.
The weigela is the monster in the front garden, must be about 10ft high.
Weigela Florida varigata I think? It has the white edge not the yellowy one.
