    Have just come across this thread, missed all these lovely photos.     Still not really much flowering in my garden except for a couple of alliums.  The weigela that was one of the few things I didn't dig up when we moved in is looking lovely though.  Not sure of the variety ?

    Aym, there is also a bronze leaved weigelia with crimson flowers but I've found the pink one to be a stronger grower.

    aym, yes that is a hydrangea, a climbing one, Petiolaris.
