Agree doesn't look good. I'm In hills outside Edinburgh, and even after normal winter, with 2 in of snow last week, three plants overwintered outside are now showing flowerbuds. All in ericaceous compost.
I too have a small blueberry plant, right now it is at a leaf bud type stage where the leaves seem to be forming. I applied a top layer of eracious compost but I am not sure if to repot the whole plant or not as I have read if you repot the plant puts energy into growing roots not berries? but I don't want it to become root bound...
sorry I cannot offer help with your plant as I am a novice myself, but if it helps I got mine from bandq it's been outside the whole time through winter...

Thanks for the suggestions guys... in the end I gave up and put the plant 'to bed'.
my 2 plants full of flowers both in pots of ericacious compost, kbop I'd repot if I was you
