Gardenia Crown Jewels

Hi

I have two of these, think they are slow growing but not sure, they don't seem to have grown much since I got them.  They came as shown in photo but I don't know what to do with them next.  Do I re- pot yet?  Put them outside? I'm trying not to over water but I am finding that this is one of the trickiest things to learn about gardening .... any advice would be gratefully accepted.
