Why is my Spirea Arguta not flowering? It's in a fairly shady spot - wondering if I should move it. A viburnum beside it hasn't flowered either. Both plants around three years old.

I find them pretty indestructible - well the one lying under the builders' rubbish certainly is....
Did they both flower last year Bibi? Unless you've pruned back all the new growth as pansyface says, I can't think of anything that would really have stopped them. They're happy enough with a fair bit of shade so I doubt it's that.
What are your general garden conditions? Are you in a colder, more exposed location for example. Is the ground waterlogged, or very dry ?
