Fuchsia 'Our Pamela' to buy

Hi All,

Looking to buy a fuchsia plant called 'Our Pamela' as a memory plant. I live in Scotland (Borders).

Does anyone know if I can get this on mail order and if it would survive in a chillier climate?

Any comments or suggestions please.
