Bought 4 bags yesterday, £1.99 for 40 litres really good texture and no c**p in it.

    That's good to know. I was brought some from B&Q yesterday "voted best by Which" and it absolutely reeks of chemicals.

    Amy, I just bought 2 of the 120L B&Q verve at the weekend and as Clarington says it stinks of chemicals. I have always used it but it NEVER smelt like that before. Don't think I will be buying it again.

    My neighbour thought the Aldi compost was rubbish and just used it as a mulch.
