Small rose - what group?

Hi everybody. Could anyone tell me what group this rose belongs to? It's a well established bush/shrub (?!) planted by previous owners at the base of the rockery. I want to get some more for the rest of the base of the rockery but I don't know what it is. Even after looking in the classicroses catalogue, I can't tell. The flowers are small and it grows to about 3 feet. It's a little bit spread. I hope you can see the photos I've attached - the landscape one appears squashed when I'm uploading - hope this corrects when I submit post. I always called it a miniature rose but when I search to buy this nothing comes up.
1) is it a procumbent, ground covering rose? Or is it a shrub or bush? what is the difference between a rose bush and shrub anyway?
2) can anyone tell what flower form this is? Is it cupped, single, double or something else?
I have more rose questions to come! Thanks in advance.

..the rose you have is 'Ballerina', a modern shrub rose, which is actually one of the very best you could have, with such a long flowering season... the flowers are single..
...incidentally, if you had this rose planted against a high wall, it would also climb right up 10 foot or so, it's that kind of rose...
..there are many categories of roses, but the usual ones are hybrid teas, floribundas and shrub roses, which also incorporate English roses bred by David Austin.
..p.s. just to correct myself here, I think now 'Ballerina' is considered a 'hybrid musk' rose rather than modern shrub, as it was bred in 1932, so not that new...
''hybrid musk' is yet another category...
Thank you for your answer - I think it's a shrub rose then? I have about 20 other roses in the garden. I will start another thread about this. I have a photo and would like to know if it is a floribunda or hybrid tea. I am confused about whether I have hybrid teas, floribundas or some other types in the garden. Would really appreciate any help from rosarians!!
Thanks Muddle-Up. Yes this is an amazing forum! And roses are so amazing. I am getting some more and choosing them from a catalogue. I want to get some more to match this one at the base of the rockery. Can anyone suggest any? I rang David Austin shop, they suggested Marjorie Fair and Kew Gardens shrub rose as similar height and flower type.
I'm so confused because I have loads of what I thought were hybrid teas in the garden (planted by previous rose-loving owners) but which have more than one flower. Do teas have off shoot stems which also have flowers at the ends? Is floribunda all from one stem at the top and nothing much underneath the top one?
Thanks ! Yes I should really look at Wikipedia! I just want to be able to identify them right away which I suppose isn't going to happen without experience!
