I don't believe it!

week or so ago I finally planted up all the dahlia tubers, Lily bulbs and sowed about 12 or more trays of seeds.

yesterday I discover all the labels have washed off! image

it was a proper pen too for writing labels!!!

right pain in the arris!!!!

    I find that a soft graphite pencil or Chinagraph lasts the longest on plant labels.  image

    Agree Dove, that's what I use and it never seems to fade!

    Thank you all for your suggestions and will save and do so next year

    this year it will have to be wait and see and surprises I guess image

    maybe when seedlings grow a bit you clever guys will know what they are if I give you list of what I sowed image

    lesson learnt about this only to be told to use good old fashioned pencil By one of the more mature mates at the allotment.

    No more loss of information now and I actually know what I am eatingimage
