    Morning all.

Way too much to read back since I was last here.

Yesterday was more of a first consultation, not actual hypnosis until next Friday.

Might have done the trick as I slept for 9 hours last night.

    Devon.

    Morning all.
Electrician has been for estimates for storm damage, but it's a bigger job than he thought so he will have to come back with a mate and some special equipment to find out if it all needs renewing or just some of it.

It's a lovely day, must get out and do some gardening. More storms forecast for this weekend, followed by a week of on/off rain.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Morning all. Have been feeling a little overwhelmed the past few days.

Teens on study leave and exams, making sure they're eating/sleeping properly, tidying up the mess they leave behind.

Mum's been feeling unwell, turns out she's got pneumonia, have been going every day to do a little cooking and cleaning to make sure she gets some rest from looking after dad (who's always poorly). They're both in their seventies.

On Tuesday I heard the very sad news that my neighbour had died. It was a bit of a shock, aggressive cancer. Maybe only a couple of years older than me, we were chatting only a couple of weeks ago about my garden and our kids. So sad.

Taking it easy this morning, it's not raining so I can escape to the garden for a cuppa, bliss.

Sorry for the long post but it feels good to let it all out.

Thanks Joyce, first dry day since Monday.  I've missed being able to escape for a little me time.

Think about half an hour should do it, then I need to shift myself and get on with it.

    Morning all.

Very humid here, thunder storm weather.

In the SM. at 7, so now have the rest of the day for artistry....... well planting out stuff from the greenhouse, in an artistic way as possible.

Keep sharing Kitty, it always make you feel better.

Morning all, nearly afternoon all, but not quite. Glorious day here, sun shining, birds singing, cats playing, all's well with the world. So good in fact I thought I would walk into town. Bad moveimage, got to Post Office and had a panic attack image, first one in a long time. Straight back home. Upside is I can legitimately spend all day in the garden. OH is very understanding thank goodness. Well, that's my moan of the day, so now off to chat with the plants, they understand as well image.
