Thanks RB.  I thought I'd gone far enough back (saw a couple of photos from Chicky) but obviously not...  I'll have another look in the morning...  image

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Hello all. I haven't been on because I needed to go to town today. Thank goodness I'm home now. The wind is horrible, it's cold (obviously blowing straight from the snow fields where they are getting excited about the coming ski season). I checked the barometer when I got home and it's dropped from 975 to 954 (about 2" on the dial).

The videos of the tornado damage in USA looks terrible. I'm glad we don't live there.

Hubby still looking in to our friends dog, but don't yet know when they'll let Rolf out of hospital.  His son apparently came up today from the coast but because he has to work tomorrow, I think he'll go back this afternoon.  He's a baker like his father and grandfather before him, so has to work odd hours.

i haven't really read backyet, needed a good hot cuppa and a sit down.

Yes thanks Joyce, I'm warm and settled in the living room now, with HRH snoring beside me. We have a prediction of minus 5 tomorrow morning, so it's not going to change in a hurry.image

    Hi Pat, morning Joyceimage

The heating is blasting away here too but my feet won't warm up.  We have a few good days and get optimistic but go back to normal.  The plants are held back but the weed's aren'timageimage.

Liri, glad you had a lovely visit to the big smoke and enjoyed Chelsea.  There isn't a specific picture thread so please start one and we'll know where to find them.  Obelixx is going to share hers and I'm sure chicky will have lots more to show usimage.

Wonky, forgot to say your garden is looking great.  Love the archimage.

MORNING all! Sat in bed with a snoring partner, snoozing dog, trying very hard to stretch the minutes before we get up for work as long as we can.

What has happened to the glorious sunshine? Oh of course! We're approaching a bank holiday.

Tea is in the pot for all that want it. Hope you all realise that with Verdon away for a while all the good biscuits in the tinwon't have had the chocolate linked off!

Good morning all. The sun is burning off the early morning mist here in Lincolnshire And there's a Song thrush singing in MILs garden. Hopefully I'll be back home tonight for a weekend of getting the garden ready for our holiday ...
