Sprouts dieing

I started off some sprouts in the peat pellets that you water and expand, they were doing really well in the propagator on the window sill and out grew it; I've potted them into there own pots now that's filled with miracle grow, and they all seem to be dieing off. The pots are on the kitchen window sill which gets sun all day, and I'm confused as to why they don't like it there now?? Anybody got any clues please??
