You can come and work in my garden - I can't pay you, but my appreciation of your work would be boundless image.

  • New here and this is my first comment. Hello, everyone.

You are obviously a professional. I surely couldn't do such quality work myself, as I'm sure your clients can't either. You can tell by the estate that they aren't hurting financially - and many rich people want to gripe and/or get a cheaper rate. Paying less money for services is how they remain wealthy.

I'd personally address the situation with the individual who complained. Ask what he wants and expects. If it's nitpicking or unreasonable, collect your pay and wish them well.

Complaining about how a rose garden looks in April says more about their knowledge than your ability.  What are they expecting?  Full bloom everywhere?  My garden is just about coming back to life and certainly isn't looking good, let alone at its best, currently.

Sorry to hear that bulkerb, but you've probably done the right thing. You'll no doubt find a more appreciative client very soon.

    Good luck to you image

Good for you bulkerb. I know that must have been a tough decision to make but who wants to feel like that going in to work?

I've seen the pictures of your work and I can't imagine you having any dificulty finding employment.

    Good Luck.  x
