Can you identify these plants?

Hi, we are purchasing a property which has been inhabited for a few years and we have found these plans growing at the front of the house.

    Has the look of a tree peony. Would have to be one of the Japanese ones, they're shorter than the Chinese.

    My parents have this in their garden I think, trying to remember a name....

    Tree of heaven has sprung to mind but could be wrong. Are the shoots\branches furry?

    rhus typhina?

    I think Rhus as well, got the furry stalks. Beast to get rid of.

    If it's rhus the stems will be furry. as opposed to blurry which is what happens when I enlarge the photosimage

    Not that i'm in a position to criticise someone else's photographyimage

    Rhus typhina for me. I can see fuzz on the stems.

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
