Hi there,i have been growing Orchids for about two years quite well in flower nearly all the time ( all 4 are the Phalaenopsis type) but now i've got a growth on two of the stems which look like new plantlets what should i do now. Thanks very much in advance. Tony

That sounds like a new flowering stem. When you water it, add a few drops of orchid fertiliser to the water. I give mine a soak for an hour once a week in rain water with added orchid feed. I then let it drain so it is not standing in water.
Hi fidgetbones,i dont think it is a flowering stem as i have seen them before and there are more coming on the plant now,i think they might be new plantlets but i don't know what to do with them i'll send some pics so you can see. Thanks for all your responses Tony
