Pig manure for vegetables and fruit bushes

My wonderful neighbor has given me a load of manure from his small holding. It looks amazing and although it's mainly horse manure it does contain pig manure too. I would like to add it to my veggie patch and around my fruit bushes but is that OK given it contains pig manure? Sage advice required please ????

    If rotted it will be fine. Fresh pig manure is VERY smelly. If it doesn't stink, it will be good in the veg garden and around fruit bushes.

    Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.

    As had been said pig manure will be fine if well rotted. I grew up on a pig farm and it's all Ma's flowers and veggies ever got.

    Sage advice received and noted. Many thanks! Manure still smells 'manurery' but not stinking of pigs. I'm cautious of parasites and the fact that they're omnivorous.... That said the chickens are omnivorous too, have worms (occasionally) and I use their manure in the compost....

    Pigs may be omnivorous by nature, but since major outbreaks of Swine Fever and Foot & Mouth disease in the UK it has been illegal to feed animal remains/meat of any kind to pigs.

    And as for parasites,  if there are any in the manure the birds in your garden will thank you for them image
