Hampton Court tickets

I've just been told the date for my daughters sports day and they are on two days on the week of Hampton Court.

I've booked a ticket for myself on the Thursday but now potentially can't go as sports day is best day of the year at school.

Has anyone had to cancel a ticket or been able to exchange it for another day before. 

As well as two sports day I'm helping to organise the PTA summer fete on the Saturday.  Its going to be a busy week.

Any advice gratefully received, can't not go to Hampton Court flower show... I'm an RHS member, so Wed only option image

    That's bad luck Peanuts. Is there a helpline number you can ring to see if you can swap your ticket for another day?

    Will probably be an admin charge - but if you are desperate to go.... image
