Singing Gardener, that's exactly my point. The so called "ban" being discussed will NOT apply to farmers or any other " commercial users" , just gardeners.
Exactly - seems as if they're making concessions for the activists by banning it for gardeners whilst being driven by commercial interests to continue to allow its use where it's probably much more dangerous.
