Can I plant Purple Sprouting Broccoli next to soft fruit bushes such as Raspberry & Gooseberry?

Don't see why not. Except that the soft fruit like it slightly acid and brassicas must be alkaline or they'll get clubroot. Not too close then, and mind where you put the lime.
