Recycling Disposable Cups

Every week I put at least 7 disposable coffee cups in the recycling bin at work. Nobody else seems to grasp how these cups aren't really biodegradable. So my question is:

are they suitable for potting up seedlings or will the corrugated sides just going to disintegrate when they are saturated? Does anyone else use these cups?

    I haven't used them so what are they made of? If they are card board they will degenerate but they will be alright for seedlings just plant the whole thing. If not just put some holes in the bottomimage

    They are corrugated cardboard with a plastic coated paper inner and base. I will start reusing them

    I have used them . and put in paper recycling bin. when potting on .
