Compost bin, wormary, and compost tumbler
Hi. I have had a Hot Bin for some years now and it dose a good job. But many years ago I bough a wormary and never got round to using it. I have now just been given a compost tumbler.
Question - should I use all three separate? Or should I start compoting in the bin then move it to the tumbler to Finnish it off?

Some told me it would be best to start composting in the hot bin them when it begins to cool move the stuff the the tumbler and add chicken manure?
The compost is supposed to get hot wherever you put it. A good mixture of green (nitrogenous) and brown (carbonaceous) stuff, with a good dollop of chicken manure, all well mixed, should do the trick. Turn when it cools down.
A wormery just outside the kitchen door is good for (non-meaty) scraps. I believe, though I've never done it.
