    Don't think I've ever heard anyone say 'spess', Dove.  Although as you say, that's the correct pronunciation.  'Spek' seems to be pretty endemic.  A bit like ground elder.....image

    I think I prefer spec with the hard C.

     So it can be use in a similar way to rocking horse $$$$ but for obvious reasons can be difficult to collect as it is spread over a wider area of the comfort zone but it can have amazeballs results if use to the correct specks.

    Why does my daughter say "so" so much? She was brought up in France, doesn't meet many English people, watches French TV and is an English teacher in a French school image
