Whats gone wrong with my Rhododendron?

Hi
Could anyone please tell me what is happening with my Rhododendron and how I might fix it?. I'm getting brown patches appearing on the leaves and it looks unhappy, see below.

Most likely is leaf spot, fungal infection aggravated by wet conditions. Do as Verdun has suggested. Many plants have suffered this winter but we have to put up with it.
OK,
Its not particularly a wet spot, but it has rained a lot over the last month or two. So other than nipping off the brown leaves, there is not much more to do and it should recover?
